a photo every day for a year
I spent a bunch of time at Pablo & Rusty’s — a great café — eating, drinking and writing.
I only took one set of photos this day and they were pretty poor: bad focus, nothing special about the composition. So this is a photo from the night of the 10th: there was a gorgeous sunset.
Kaylee looks so cute when her little paws line up in a row like that! Well, she looks cute all the time, but this is a specific pose she does!
Saw this hat hanging on a tree on my walk to get groceries.
We played the Battlestar Galactica board game for the first time today. It was long! But has a pretty good dynamic. I look forward to trying it again soon, hopefully with 5 players.
I bought a little pet igloo for Kaylee, thinking she would like the enclosed shape of it. She hasn’t used it much, but she had a play in it today!
I paid my husband’s grandmother a visit today. She is quite a good gardener, at least from my black thumb perspective she seems to be! Her tomato plant (I suppose technically it is a vine, not a tree, but I liked the alliteration in the title) was looking quite good.
I love tea and I love teapots!
Today I felt like shopping at Hornsby Westfield, my old local shopping centre. I saw these pretties in The Tea Centre window.
This is Kaylee. She is 13 weeks old today, a mini lop rabbit, and too cute for words!
Today was a good day for lying down and doing nothing; I think it was too hot for her to do much else.
Hubby and I had a date tonight: dinner, coffee and a movie. The coffee was at My Sweet Memory, a cute new “café, dessert & stationery” place. They had shelves full of cool stuff, including these old cameras.
